Hearing an OM and a YL having an informal QSO on 7000 kHz LSB (this is not the same group of stations heard earlier on 7000 kHz USB).  This is most certainly Spanish and has a distinctive Mexican Spanish accent.  Lots of deliberate QRM (people whistling into microphones usually).  Possibly a net or maybe one of these old school telephone patch systems that operate in Latin America.
