I listed two frequencies because the two stations seem to be off from each other.  One sounds better on 6986.6 kHz or 6986.7 kHz (maybe 6986.66 kHz?) and the other seems closer to 6987.0 kHz, maybe 6986.9 kHz.  Use of these repeating digits is very common with these users and this spectrum so its makes sense.  Interesting callsigns heard on this frequency.  Several mentions of "doll" (not sure what they're referring to here...) - could be a handle.  Several mentions of kilo, and "dog".  Probably just casual amateur radio operator chatter.  Operating out of band, of course
