I have been seeing this one off and on for a couple of weeks.  It has always been weak enough I have not figured out the cycle, but it periodically sends something else besides TDV.  TDV is sent a bunch of times, not sure the exact count but by timing them more than 20, then something else is sent, then back to TDV.  The frequency for me generally appears to be about 13562.3 kHz or so with some variability.

The other day I drove around to sample HF signals.  I found a location where TDV was weak but steady, no propagation fade at all.  Pretty clear from the location that it is in the northern Mojave Desert, probably in the Trona / Panamint / Death Valley area.

I have what may be TDV on 13562.42 at 1830z. Fading in and out, so I am only getting a partial ID each time. But I had a pretty solid V at the end of the call.
