I have something on 6875.3 KHz at 2141z. Various tones/honks and a male announcer (?) periodically speaking. I can't recover any ID though. Station is getting killed by very high noise level.

English accented announcer, just can't pull the ID out though. "99 Luftballoons" at 2208z.
