1710 kHz Hi Resolution waterfall

Here's a Carrier Sleuth plot of 1710 this morning. As of now (1740z) I am hearing audio from only the Flight 99 Memorial station, not Hudson County.  I'm getting just enough D layer attenuation to zap Hudson County, but not Flight 99.

I believe 1710.0046 and 1710.0064 (hand waving to ignore the fact that the drift is more than 0.1 Hz) are the two TIS transmitters for this site.

Not sure what 1710.0369 is. It is both strong and reasonably stable.  There's the usual zoo of other carriers. How many are stations vs RFI is another question.
