6969.5 kHz USB mode

This sounds like Portuguese, but its so weak that I'm not 100% sure right now.  Interesting frequency choice too.  I know 6970 kHz (both USB and LSB) is popular, as is 6969 kHz, both are easy to remember.  I don't think I've logged 6969.5 kHz yet though.
