LSB mode
Portuguese language - likely Brazilian fishing fleet communications.  This, along with 6919 kHz and a handful of other frequencies, can almost be counted on to have two way SSB voice traffic on it in the evening hours.  Usually these guys don't show up until 2200-2300 UTC or so, but they've been heard around the clock.  SIO 111 right now, barely there...but I have a feeling they will be getting stronger as the evening progresses.
