6810 kHz 6.810 MHz 6.81 MHz USB mode, UNID unidentified Spanish language chatter, possibly a phone patch...lots of heavy fading but I think I'm hearing an OM and a YL talking, and going by the frequency and mode this is in line with the Latin American HF radiotelephone link systems often heard in the 6700-6900 kHz range...
