While scanning the 6200 kHz to 6525 kHz marine band and 6525 kHz to 6765 kHz aircraft band due to the serious Nor'Easter on the US East Coat right now, I stumbled upon a station doing radio checks in LSB mode.  Yep, its a station saying HELLO HELLO and whistling into his mic on 6655 LSB.  This is a common 45 meter pirate or freeband frequency.  SIO 333
