Spanish language radiotelephone link, presumed Rural Radiotelephone Service (RRTS)
Hearing an OM and a YL talking over each other on 6790 USB...I have logged 6791 USB and several nearby frequencies, generally in the 6700 to 6850 kHz range, give or take...there seem to be a lot of these radiotelephone links in that range, mostly operating out of South America and Central America. Considering the amount of Spanish and Portuguese voices heard in the 6-7 MHz region this afternoon, this would be no surprise. Decent signal too. Both sides of the conversation are coming from the same transmitter...think the old 49 MHz cordless phones - the base station would transmit both sides of the conversation and the headset would only transmit one. This is likely set up in a similar fashion.
