Signal was weak but copyable. Not sure when V24 was last broadcast on the 5th of the month at this frequency and time, but I know from my own monitoring that it was not here in December, January, or February. It began with the same song that has been used on 6215 for the past couple of years ("Shouldn't Have..." Baek A Yeon feat. Young K) followed by message. The message was short and the transmission was QRT at 15:07:41.

This winter was much more rewarding as far as actually catching it at my QTH goes. IIRC you're in the Vancouver BC region, right? Try for this one on March 7, same time and frequency.
