Puerto Rico working "Foothill" with phone patch

At 22:40z "Foothill"  raised Andrews on 11175u, Andrews unable to obtain good copy there or on 8992u.  Puerto-Rico jumped in to handle the patch to "Score Card" on 8992 U, who agreed to meet them "on the order line"  whatever that means, therein terminating the patch.
