2351 - hearing it now off and on
2358 - getting a bit stronger still just under noise
Maybe a Latin American station?
Coming in here at 6934.9 seen other posts in Latin American for this frequency

carrier heard since 2305 UTC, audio under noise level, except at a few short moments
2214 fading up very slowly, now : somemusic and talk (no copy)
