NIL in NY unfortunately but based on the first song you I.D.'d, and taking into effect the frequency, I believe this was Channel Z

Noted from 0144 on the SDR recording with a weak carrier.
The signal came up for a few seconds just before 0159 sign off, and I could briefly hear music.
