Unid 3926.18 heard here at 2115 UTC, till 2151 switch off.
Very weak, noisy, often undermodulated, occasional ut. QRM.
Music, 2137 horrendous mike for announcement,
then bits of rock and a few words (still no copy at all),
2144 rock n roll, more music till s/off
