Key Channel Radio : planned a transmission from Sat. 7UTC to Mon. 13 UTC,
but is already on the air (even  heard sooner elsewhere).
The best hour seems ending here, should soon jump to America.

Heard at Fair Hill MD sdr. Just barely above threshold with rock music.

Thanks Chris, wasn't expecting an Italian pirate on that frequency, but it is Global HF weekend, and 6920 AM is one of their frequencies.

Presumed KCR on 6915 KHz with ID in Spanish at 1849 UTC 31 March 2018. Into Afro-caribean music and Spanish announcements. Light signal with fading, listenable on Twente SDR with the synchronous detector.

Some intermittent CQ QRM " V V V de (something)"
Just somebody with a radio, a computer and a pair of headphones...
