Unidentified on 15640 KHZ

Heard a broadcast @ 14;14 UTC today on 15,640.   Various instrumental short songs interrupted every 60 seconds with a male announcer recording " You are listening to a test transmission" and periodic recorded requests to send reception reports to "transmissiontest@gmail.com" .  When i attempted to send the report and got an alert:

“transmissiontest@gmail.com.” does not appear to be a valid email address. Verify the address and try again.

Anyone know who this transmitter is?

Yes. This is the testing procedure of Woofferton transmitter site in the UK. Normally the e-mail address is working.
