For fun I tuned in on an SDR in Rio Grande da Serra, and have a fair to good signal at 1357 UTC, some fading.

I also have a signal on 8000 - is this Radio Casa?

Yes Rádio Casa 8000 is regular in its transmissions the others transmit from one hour to another without fixed hour arises in a moment after they disappear.
