« on: April 14, 2018, 0941 UTC »
Service: UNID RTTY
Frequency: 4201 KHz RTTY mode
Time: 08:40 utc, 14 April 2018
Signal: S 9 with fading
Software: FlDigi ver. 4.0.13
Carrier Shift: 200 Hz
Baud Rate: Unknown, 75 gave the best results but still gibberish
Bits per character: 5
Parity: none
Stop bits: 1.5

Mostly the signal was in idle but once in a while the carrier would spit out some letters/numbers for a few seconds and then back to idle.

NAVTEX alternate freq on 4 MHz (4209.5 kHz)
Most times & frequencies posted are only an approximation.
Due to the adulteration of the original E.N.I.G.M.A. "designators" they are best avoided and never used.
