Howdy all,

Not sure if this is a pirate beacon or not.  I have not seen it before.  I have something sending "WO" on 4106.2 kHz.  I tuned to it about half an hour ago (0230 UTC) and it is still going.  Weak but clear here in the Mohave Desert, occasional short fades to nothing.

(edit) also reported on IRC as being heard very weak in FL.

That's getting into Japanese float beacon territory, so who knows ???
