0023 have a carrier at 6949.6, some audio. However, I have a weak harmonic from local station 1390 AM right on 6950, and the traces of audio I have are weak enough that I can't tell what it is. Usually the harmonic is audible enough to say that it's the local station for sure, so I'm leaning toward this audio being Captain Morgan.
