1645 - AM carrier
1650 - 5-10 second tone (repeated)
1651 - male voice said, "2-1-6" (repeated once)
1700 - "2-1-6" repeated non-stop
1705 - groups of 5 numbers
1711 - end of 5-number groups / gone
