0118 Weak carrier appeared. I assume this is our semi regular UNID pirate from South America.
0206 Off. Not sure I had any audio.

Here in Chile no one knows who is it, but the signal doesn't come from Argentina or Chile, probably from Brazil or countries closer to the Ecuador. Also it seems to have a really big transmitter and antenna.

Also it plays Argentinian 80s - 90s music but the signal seems to be from other country.
