Sycko Radio late night 6925 USB
« on: August 10, 2008, 0749 UTC »
Sycko Radio, 6925 USB, 8/11/08, 0427-0541 UTC.  On without ID, several children's songs, nursery rhymes and novelty tunes, all with what sounded like intentional pitch/speed shifting ("Teddy Bears Picnic", "Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah", "Old McDonald", "What'll I Do", "How Much Is That Doggie In the Window"), very eerie effect.  First positive station ID heard at 0503z, Sycko saying he just woke up and decided to do an impromptu show.  Continued with eclectic programming, Commander Bunny for president campaign speech, announcement that "Area 51" programming is returning to WBCQ (Sycko did 2 hour slot recently).  Off at 0541z with shout outs to listeners.  SINPO - 34222, good signal and audio marred by occasional OTHR bursts, static crashes and fading.  (N. Central TX)
