0947 Surprisingly good signal from OTR, SIO 333 to 444.
0948 Well that didn't last long, back to a weak carrier.
1004 Back again with a good signal.

Right now foF2 in this area is just 3 MHz, so this is likely above the MUF propagation, perhaps ground wave scatter as discussed here: https://www.hfunderground.com/board/index.php/topic,42441.0.html
