Possible R. Republica Transmitting on 9490 KHZ  @ 01:17 UTC 29 May 2018 (20:17 CST local 28 May 2018) in Spanish 2 male announcers in a rather involved debate.  Switched to a 3rd male announcer at 01:27.  Target : Cuba . Transmitter:  Issoudun France.   SINPO:  4-3-2-2-3
