Started around 0045 I think. Signal heard from North Carolina to New Hampshire. Long stretches of CW which decode to 'F TRUMP' - with the F being the full four letter word.

Noted from 2328 30 May 2018 on the SDR recording. Weak at first, but then got stronger. 
0102 Programming started. What frequency is it actually on? Let me tune in Rosanne's rendition of the National Anthem... no, that won't work.
0103 SSTV, that will work. 6778.65 kHz USB.
0134 Sounds like PSK31? Could not decode.
0155 Off around now?
0159 Maybe not, I hear something, not sure if this station or something else, but it is weak.

@ 159 May be unrelated . There was a brief 2 way comm in Spanish , very clear with laughter  at or close to the freq Chris Mentioned 6778.65 . Athough during the program transmission it was never clear to me what the actual was .  But I see Skipmuck was zeroed

All music seem distorted giving the illusion that it was hard to zerobeat the frequency correctly. I think 6778.6-6778.8 is correct.Digital-like signal at 0134 as well. If not psk31, perhaps some other wider format? I have a recording and may go over it later.
