ISIS-1 Satellite 136.410 MHz 1822 UTC 13 Jun 2018
« on: June 13, 2018, 1846 UTC »
A fairly strong signal using the just this morning relocated discone antenna and netSDR receiver. Just a carrier with doppler effect, no obvious modulation noted.

ISIS 1 (1969-009A)!! 8)
Table 11.5 page 11-8 of The Satellite Experimenter's Handbook ARRL 1984; lists it as "continuous tone";also noted on 136.080MHz & 136.590 MHz
Most times & frequencies posted are only an approximation.
Due to the insubstantiality of any “control list” its best avoided and never used.

Thank you for reminding me that I have that book!  Now that I am getting back into satellites, I should probably locate it....  ;D
