« on: June 17, 2018, 2308 UTC »
Fair signal in New Hampshire,  S5 but storm static peaking S8 so copy is tough

2310z The Thorns - I Want You
2313z ID but missed it... (thanks Skip)
2014z The Tyde - Psychedelic Pill
2330z XLR8 ID
6933z The Keggs - To Find Out
2337z Tune has the same hook as "Wooly Bully"

Suggestion for a XLR8 tag line: "Betwixt the Known and the Unknown....this is Obscure Radio "

Fair signal amid static in eastern Nebraska.
Copy a bit rough.
Signal too far in the static, unable to cleanly make out anything.
Signal improving around local sunser with clear ID @ 0147.
Still difficult copy but music coming through better.
Steady signal improvement with pieces fromThe Crystal Metod, The Beat, and others.

 8)  Late, but report from the Reservation, 5 by 9 plus ten, light static.
Opening up Rx to 4 kh shows my ear audio improvement in fidelity.
Not my kind of music, but what's there is quite readable.
2335- accelerate..
using a vert here and the signal is smoking. The audio is perfect as good as AM ,but I believe ESSB is what you need for shortwave and since invent of cheap SDR, dee Only way to GOW
sig is so good here I'll ask something.. how about the Kinks??
Thanks for the Kinks, man..
May I say show me your cool side and do Cold Play ! I want to feature them when my 7 kw pill amp comes LOL
Thanks for the Cold Play !

0112 have something weak on this frequency but it's too low to make it out.
.....
0210 signal is much improved, would still call it fair at best but definitely copyable with some techno type music.

Anyway, if you're reading this and taking requests... I've seen that you played some Sonic Youth[/color] already, which puts me in the mood for "Schizophrenia" by that band. Please and thank you.

0213 XLR8 ID
0222 "Eighties" Killing Joke
0225 "Schizophrenia" Sonic Youth - Thanks!
......
0432 XLR8 ID
0447 signal has come up quite a bit. Unshazamable song that sounds like a lo-fi indie group, OM & YL singers with a keyboard.
0449 faded again

Listening since 0112 when the signal was barely audible with music.  Came up to fully audible but weak since about 0125 and has been that way until now (0147.)  Rock music with no talk that I can make out.
