I had to rethink how to describe this event in order not to violate Polish law.
After searching for the well-known station Charleston R.I. at 1807 UTC on the upper band I heard an issue in Polish.
The messages exchanged two stations for call sign: 020 and Arka10, according to the scheme:
- 020 nadaje, 2012 rodzina, rozdział, Zygmunt, than 5 digit groups
- 020 tu Arka 10 odbiór
- 020 nadaje, rozdział Dorota Nikodem quantum, than 5 digit groups
- tu Arka 10 odebrano 54
1827 end of correspondence
The signal had the character of a direct wave with disappearances, from the country.
