Non Stop 90's 6926,5 AM 1914 UTC 20 Jun 2018
« on: June 20, 2018, 1924 UTC »
Unid at 1914 with pops and DJs in English, wide wobbling around 6926,5 kHz.
Best heard in AM mode, nothing else. The studio work is much better than the TX. 1924
1930 fading down a bit. Some IDs as - - FM. No other signal around.
1947 same situation.
2013-2050 listening andsearching : that must be Non Stop 90s FM (see on 03 Jun)
2052 wobbling just like at the beginning
2200 now there's a carrier on 6926,3 but no audio, just traffic on 6925 LSB
2307 same carrier on 6926,3 no audio

Finally I had this station also on 6926,3 AM, disturbing the reception of

I wonder if these guys use that frequency often? It could explain some of the strange bits of audio I've heard popping in and out of NA pirate broadcasts on 6925.

You've got to to love the solstices and equinoxes for providing odd propagation patterns.

Hello guys,
If you got a carrier on 6926.3 kHz, there was no audio.
Sooner, when there was audio, there was no carrier that could be 'heard': the TX was wobbling so much that nothing but noise could be heard in LSB, USB and CW modes. Even The sync AM and the FM modes did not work.
I reported the frequency as 6926.5 because it was about the mid position of the range with success in AM mode. When there was no more audio, then I could measure 6926.3 by beating with the CW mode. Sounds like a 'lulu' with attempt to pull the crystal frequency.
