Listening via kiwi SDR "soy sauce" in Chiba, Japan, where V24 is right on the same frequency as Voice of Straight. Rapid fluttering of Voice of Strait signal which may be due to multipath propagation. V24 is still playing the same song that they use for this time and frequency, so ID is established.
Short message, ended at 1538. The flutter on Voice of Strait ended when V24's carrier went QRT.

Also I see the carrier came on very early for this transmission, like around 1510 UTC or so.

Might be worth noting that this schedule has not been i use for several months, and I had removed it from my most recent predictions chart.  Looking back at last year this sched was used in June though.  Last year it was skipped in March, April, and May, and active in June.  this year it appears it was skipped in February, March, April, and May, and activated in June.

I have looked for annual cycles in the past activity of V24 and seen some tentative correlations, but nothing I could really believe in.  There may be something there, or maybe not.

Same broadcast copied the same way on 6/27. Exactly the same conditions noted - fluttery signal on Voice of Strait until V24 signed off at 1538. V24 itself was not fluttery.
