Very strong signal of radio GTMO, part of the AFN network serving Guantanamo Bay naval station in Cuba. Very strong signal from the north coast of Jamaica on 1340am. Using a Tecsun Pl-600. Can be heard during the day but it drowned by other Cuban stations during the night.

I've tried to log GTMO for years. You can't beat that direct saltwater path.

My favorite reggae band of all time is from the North Coast, Burning Spear. Winston Rodney and the guys have been killing it for nearly 50 years.

Ah yeah I’ve heard thier song “Marcus Garvey” they are pretty good. Hopefully one day you can get that log but this really is the best place for it. I even have trouble getting it on the south coast
