VOAC 6780 USB 1105 UTC 6 JULY 2018

1105 CW, weak copy. Getting spotty decode but it appears to be sending people's names and ages.
1118 Some sort of digital mode along with CW.
1135 ID DE VOAC
1151 CW continues. S4 but with deep fades.
1256 Strong S5 now, CW names and ages still.

Just a few of the names received, possibly Yes, school shooting victims.

1306 Weak CW at 1406z.
1313 Stronger now. But I am also hearing something else sending a double beep slightly off frequency.

I copied some of this around 0400-0500 UTC, but I don't know CW and Fldigi could only get partial decodes. I did note what seemed to be a roster of names and ages, but with some characters off due to fades and possibly Flidigi errors.
