Pirate on 7255 khz 2142 utc ham bands playing mx and saying "hope you take notes cause that's going to be on the exam!".  strong 555 here in Ca.

I hope so. Besides his WARFA net jamming on 3908, I've heard him on 3840 LSB a few times.
