The programme´s name is "Stafford´s World": http://www.markstafford.co.uk/
This is one of three diffrent programmes which this still unnamed station in Germany is transmitting. The other ones are "Progmill" from Progzilla Radioand  old recordings from Radio Netherlands "Media Network"
