Open Carrier 6715 kHz 1939 UTC 24 Jul 2018

I've noticed an open carrier on 6715 the last few days. No apparent modulation. I just did some Kiwi TDoA location runs on it, and came up with something in southern Ontario. No idea how accurate that is  ;D

Chris, I ran the Kwi TDOA using KH6ILT, AB1KW and WA2ZKD receivers and came up with 46.50N and -77.90W. Just a little bit north of your results. Looks like we are in the ballpark.

Any mil bases near the area? 6715 sounds like a good choice for their missing S4285 CARB bcasts.

This is the last CARB list I copied from them before they disappeared;
[2016-09-21 17:32:52] NAWS DE CFH ZKR F1 2822 3394 4158 6242 8324 12371 16552 AR

This was copied on 10,943KHz, S4285 75bps Long, they had one in the 5MHz range too. Anyway, who knows.
