Over 80% of these loggings were obtained with the new Icom IC-R75 comms receiver...

1510z  WP     377KHz  Weipa, QLD 2,465kms 419 report
1502z  KT      238KHz  Kaitaia, New Zealand 2,119kms 519 report
1501z  LHR    392KHz  Lockhart River QLD 2,421kms 419 report
1909z  AS     335KHz  Alice Springs NT 1,915kms 539 report.
1902z  MGD  401KHz  Maningrida NT 2,853kms 319 report
1858z  HID   356KHz  Horn Island QLD 2,470kms 419 report
1553z  HK    310KHz  Hokitika, New Zealand 2,071kms 529 report.
1313z  P?     368KHz  Port Moresby, PNG 2,693kms, 219-319 report, not claimed as full ident not received.
1547z  NF     260KHz Norfolk Island, 1,755kms 539 report.
1308z  AYE   233KHz  Ayres Rock NT, 2,072kms 519 report.
1152z  TN    356KHz  Tindal NT, 2,785KHz 519-529 report.
1635z  CI     322KHz  Chatham Islands, New Zealand, 3.077kms 319 report.
1636z  GV    380KHz  Gove NT, 2,783kms 419 report.

Plenty of other beacons heard under the 2,000km range, generally I don't worry about "local" under the 2,000km range.  Path to Western Australia (over 2,300kms) has gone quiet in the past week, as too the New Zealand path with only the 200 watt plus beacons making it through. The 368KHz Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea would have been a new one for me but not claimed as I couldn't positively ident the full call sign, riding on the noise at the time.
Condobolin, NSW.

Grid Square:  QF37ub

Yaesu FT-1000D, Yaesu FT-2000D, ICOM IC-736 HF/50MHz, ICOM IC R75 & Tecsun S-2000 to 450 feet of wire, 27MHz 1/2 wave CB antenna converted to 21MHz & a multi band vertical of dubious reliability.
