Noting activity on several of the legal 40 channels including 27385 LSB and 27395 LSB (channels 38 LSB and 39 LSB).  Lots of stuff heard above channel 40 as well around 1715-1730 UTC:

27425 LSB - English language heard
27455 USB - Spanish language, Latin American calling frequency (see also 26555 LSB)
27475 USB - Spanish language heard (strong)
27505 AM - Spanish language
27555 USB - heard Dominican Republic working station in US
27575 AM - English language, possibly truckers
U.S. East Coast, various HF/VHF/UHF radios/transceivers/scanners/receivers - land mobile system operator - focus on VHF/UHF and 11m
