Various comms 6800-6905 3/27/11
« on: March 27, 2011, 0156 UTC »
3/27/11, 0050z: Took a walk with the portable to get away from local RFI.  Portable has BFO only so freqs are approximate.

6825 kHz: CW, fairly continuous for the 30 minutes or so I was checking.

6820 kHz: Voice comms, very terse exchanges, sounded like OM and YL, unable to tune to pitch to get voice in the clear so presumed encrypted.

6903 kHz: MARS net.

And the usual Spanish pesque chatter around 6800 and 6900, many overlapping QSOs.
That li'l ol' DXer from Texas
Unpleasant Frequencies Crew
Al: Palstar R30C & various antennae
Snoopy: Sony ICF-2010
Roger: Magnavox D2935
(Off-air recordings.)
