Hearing a OM in Spanish speaking and sounds like jamming? Must be the Spanish super bowl channel..

26715 AM can get really crazy.  See also 26705 and 26725 when 26715 is busy.  Also 26585 AM and nearby frequencies (10 kHz steps).  All those frequencies are heavily used by high power operators out of Latin America.
