Hello all.  Have a question.  What station is it that broadcasts on 13.840 Mhz at 11:00 PM UTC.  The station was coming in fairly decent here into Portland, Oregon.  Could not get the name during the broadcast.

2300 UTC? That's Radio New Zealand International. (Thanks for using UTC, but please express it in the style of military time. UTC doesn't really do AM and PM.)
Denver, CO.
SDRPlay RSPdx & RSP2pro, Airspy Discovery HF+, Icom IC-7100, Grundig Satellit 750, Realistic DX-300, Tecsun PL-600.
MLA-30 active loop, G5RV dipole.
