I only caught wisps of this station when it was on 6952 USB earlier, but it's at S4 and gaining strength since I tuned in on this frequency right around 0100 UTC (we're now within 90 minutes of sunset out here).

Love the string of Beatles tunes, but the echo on the guy's mic is making his talking a bit difficult to copy through the noise here.
