I mostly just hear the carrier here, but faint music is popping up when the signal fades in. A very quiet noise floor on this frequency is helping.

Aha! I didn't catch them down on 6930 -- too much QRM on that frequency. The signal is still building here, though the quiet noise floor is being interrupted by static crashes; pretty sure there's lightning in the Cascade Mountains not too far east of me.
