Reasonable carrier but weak modulation. I hear music with male vocalist at 2329 UTC.
Just somebody with a radio, a computer and a pair of headphones...

2330z Also very weak here in New Hampshire, I can hear some kind of modulation in there but couldn't tell what it was (voice/music/digital)

Recording catch.
2325 - S5 with decent modulation, but noisy copy with "Ten Million Slaves" Otis Taylor.
2329 - "Future Dmt".  Frequency seems to be 6932.00
2338 - "Bastard's Blues" Brother Dege
2340 - off without ID

SDR recording catch
2324 Signed on, looks to be 6932.06 kHz AM
2325 Music heard, maybe an SIO 211, with some peaks to 222.
2329 Way down in the mud now.
2335 Signal popping up (barely) out of the noise.
2340 Looks like it went QRT.  Maybe this was another very low power transmission. Or just poor propagation  8)
