On at about 0110z, on top of Mike Radio, playing bluegrass music.

ID at 0119z.  "Long Black Veil" at 0130.

S9+ signal through heavy static.

I had everything cranked up and the headphones on to hear Mike Radio and then this one nearly blew my head off.
