Radio Nigeria 15110 AM 1840 UTC 15 OCT 2018
« on: October 16, 2018, 0545 UTC »
Radio Nigeria (Radio Na Gaskiya/Radio of Truth) via Sofia, Bulgaria, at 1840 UTC with talking in presumed Hausa. The signal was poor, but it was peaking enough to hear faint talking by a male voice, especially after 1847 UTC. The signal started fading out again after 1855 UTC, but I could still hear talking almost up to signoff at 1859 UTC.

Though the signal was weak, the frequency was clear from any interference, and a low daytime noise floor helped. This is the first time I've heard this one at all; overall reception of European signals today, especially in the upper bands, was pretty good here.

Thanks for the info; I didn't know WRMI relayed that service. Although any weekday programming before about 1530 UTC never gets heard by me, as I have to help get three kids out the door to school here.

It's always something that keeps us away from the radio - thanks for the post & report!
