The FM band in Brooklyn must be fascinating to listen to (or better yet, take a look at on a SDR's waterfall) with a decent FM BCB antenna of course. 

I knew FM piracy was big in New York City and the nearby areas but this is quite nuts.  Too bad it doesn't list anything about power levels.  I'm guessing the clickable map shows the relative coverage areas of each pirate?
