HLL 5857.5 AM 0725 UTC 27 OCT 2018
« on: October 29, 2018, 0634 UTC »

Heard this weather station from Seoul, Korea, on 5857/5858 kHz (my radio can't split kHz frequencies). Tuned into a female voice in Korean, then a pause and what sounded like a female speaking accented English starting around 0732 UTC; I could hear mentions of “zulu.” I kept tuned in until 0743, but between the reception conditions and the weak signal, I could not copy the speaking for most of that time. This is listed as just 3 kilowatts.

I heard HLL again at 1717 to 1722 UTC on Oct. 27 during local morning hours. The signal was again fading in and out, this time with reports in Korean.
