10195 kHz 10.195 MHz USB mode.  Voice communications heard out of Latin America - going by band conditions probably South America.  Use of the radio procedure pro-word "cambio" (sounds like gambio) which means "over" or "back to you".  Compared to the activity on 10222 kHz USB and 10252.2 kHz USB these guys seem a lot more professional.
